72 hour Service Support

Should a wall vending unit become inoperative or be vandalized, ORCA Products and Services Company will dispatch our maintenance staff to initiate on site repairs, as needed, within 72 hours of notification.

Damage and Repair Policy

ORCA will, at no cost to the retailer, repair or replace vending units which are damaged as a result of vandalism or theft.  We also will repair any restroom facilities such as commode bowl, sinks, walls, ceramic tile, etc. which might be damaged due to our route personnel.

Toll Free Service

We offer a toll free telephone line for communicating equipment malfunctions, depleted merchandise, vandalism and/or theft.

24 hour Customer Support

An operator is on staff 24 hours each day, 7 days a week to personally handle calls from store managers.  All calls are documented, time stamped and forwarded to the appropriate ORCA personnel for action.

Recycling Program

All installed vending units are assessed every twelve months for professional integrity.  Units that exhibit excessive wear such as corroded mechanisms, bent or dented covers and unsightly graffiti will be refurbished or replaced with new equipment.

     Immediate Refund Policy

We offer immediate refund policies, in accordance with store protocols, to all customers who have lost money in our wall units due to malfunction or depleted merchandise.
